We provide international and domestic relocation services, including packing, freight, customs clearance, and destination services. Specific details, pricing, and timelines for each move are outlined in the individual contract or quotation provided to the client.
By using our services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.
While we take the utmost care with your belongings, international relocations carry inherent risks. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive transit insurance. Our liability for lost or damaged items is strictly limited to the terms set out in your specific moving contract and any purchased insurance policies.
These terms and conditions and your use of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the state of Maharashtra, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the state of Maharashtra, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
